San-Tech Machining specialises in manufacturing, fabrication and engineering. We provide quality machined parts manufactured to samples or drawing specifications. San-Tech also carries out repairs and offers break down services. Also, we design and manufacture one-off components to meet customers specific needs.

San-Tech has a wide range of both manual and CNC machines. A brief description of our machining capabilities include:

- Horizontal borer. Travel of 1350mm x 1000mm x 1000mm.

- Centre lathes with a maximum of 2000mm between centres, 300mm swing over the bed and a through spindle diameter of 70mm.

- Manual milling machines with the largest having a bed travel of 700mm x 1900mm and 800mm high.

- 2 Alpha (semi CNC) both have automatic bar loaders and feeders.

- 2 CNC milling centres, a MAZAK and DAEWOO MYNX (4 axial machine) Has a bed travel of 700mm x 1600mm amd 700mm high. The 4th axis is a rotary table which can be mounted on the bed and CNC controlled).

This wide range of equipment allows San-Tech Machining to fabricate or manufacture almost anything our customers require. Using this specialised equipment, we can also create custom items. This equipment allows majority of work brought to San-Tech to be done on premises. Our overhead crane allows the handling and precision required for our larger jobs.

San-Tech provides the componentry for the equipment used throughout the mining industry. Providing all the services required in the diligent field of mining. This meticulous work requires specialised steels such as;

- High tensile steel

-Stainless steels

- Aluminium alloys

- Tempered steel

The steels used in such jobs are heat treated and tested to ensure that the steel if of high standard. San-Tech provides service to many other industries, and our doors are always open to the general public for any jobs you may need.

We also fabricate and repair components of farming equipment for the agricultural businesses throughout Australia. Our fabrication department is quickly growing. The fabrication department provides mig, tig, stick and spray welding. All procedures are carried out by trade certified welders. Weld inspection certificates can also be provided if necessary.
